One of my favourite things to do while I'm in Florida (besides soak up as much sun as possible) is to shop.
It's always nice to hit some of the stores that we don't have in Canada, but it's also the time of year that you come across a lot of great deals. The only issue is that I get distracted by the deals and find myself buying things because they're a good deal, and not because I actually want them.
This happens a lot at one of my favourite places to shop in Florida - the Sak's Off 5th outlet. We don't have anything like this store at home, and I just love that you can find some great stuff that you wouldn't necessarily find anywhere else.
They usually have a pretty decent handbag section, and this year was no exception. I found this bright pink Rebecca Minkoff bag, and it seemed like a good deal, and a cute bag, so I bought it. I even decided to give it a test drive in the outfit photos I took that day.
Later, when I was looking over what I bought, I realized I probably didn't "need" the bag. I know we don't usually "need" anything, but I really didn't think I'd use it because it's so small and doesn't have any pockets. When my wallet basically filled the whole thing up, I decided to take it back.
Is it bad that I sort of wish I kept the bag, after seeing the photos?

I have that too. I had a bright pink Rebecca Minkoff mini mac on my wish list but I NEVER carry clutches. I need too much stuff lol. IT is sooooooo pretty and cute but if it only fits your wallet....save for a bigger one!

Sales easily suck us in like that! I try to go in them now thinking about what I actually 'need' as opposed to 'oh, that's cute'. It saves a great deal of hassle in the long run - I'm not one who likes to return items.

It's a cute bag and love the color. I think it depends in your lifestyle. I like totes because I carry everything but I also like small bags too. My son likes to put his toys in my bags

I can totally understand getting little crazy at stores we don't have here in Canada, lol. I think the purse is cute, but I say trust your instincts. I'm sure you can find another pink bag that can hold all your stuff!

Is that the mini MAC? It looks like it! I have a couple of them, they are too perfect for errands and weekends when I just need my phone, wallet, sunnies and keys. But if it's no good for your lifestyle, and you won't use it, it was a good idea to return it. That way you have the money for something you would use :)

I have a mini mac and feel the same about it. My "grown up" wallet takes up the whole purse and is kinda hard to fit inside. I almost wish I had a smaller wallet just for that bag!
