This Crazy, Beautiful May Week

This week has just been a non-stop whirl wind. If this is a sign of what's to come during these warmer months, then I'm game.

With the changes at work, I feel like I'm on the go all of the time, which makes you feel at though you can accomplish even more. I still found time to see friends, enjoy the weather, and get in my first softball game of the season.

I took some pictures along the way, as per usual!

The walk to the subway is much brighter these days!

Enjoying my lunch break outside. A picnic with colleagues and sushi is an awesome combination, incase you were wondering.

A quick selfie before a game, and a shot of my favourite 'baseball' socks. They're American Apparel, so while I wear them for ball, I'm not sure they're actually meant for sports.

Getting away from the gym a little bit more.

Ditching my usual green tea in the morning for iced tea and coffee - my summer staples.

Much needed beer to help power through the last hour of work today. My brain was fried, and that beer hit the spot.
I hope you all enjoy the weekend! :)

  1. a beer at the end of the work day is a rare but wonderful treat! And good idea with the work picnics, sounds like a fun way to break up the work day :-)

    1. The work picnic is much rarer than the beer at the end of the week, but both really help get through the last hump of the week :)
