Current Wants 1: Wear Now, Wear Later

Now that it's partway through summer, just about every store is offering "new arrivals," which oh-so-conveniently work perfectly at this time of year and into early fall. This is exactly why I keep adding new items to my list of things I want.

Since fashion changes so frequently, this list of mine is always on the go.

I don't need anything right now, but I always like to find a reason to justify why it's okay to make another purchase.

I recently just came across this really awesome site, Raise.com and I think they can help us justify these more frivolous purchases.

Essentially, Raise.com is an online marketplace, where you can buy or sell gift cards. I think it's so great, because if you have a gift card that you won't use, why not sell it for cash? On the flip side, you can buy a gift card for a bit less than it's valued, so you save money on something you would be buying anyway. I think it's such a clever concept, but for now, it's only open to those in the US. Boo!
