Wow. Has it really been a month since I last posted?

I really didn't plan to take a break from blogging, but life has been crazy over the last little while. This shouldn't be surprising to me, since I find my hours spent online every summer tend to be few and far between.

I could claim that I've been up to something extremely interesting, but that would be a lie. I've been keeping busy with work, as well as playing softball, and spending time enjoying the season. Since I play on three different teams, the schedules get a bit crazy at times. Of course, as much as I love to be busy, sometimes a girl just needs to relax! I'm happy to have a quieter week already.

Any time I've had the thought to post recently, it's been to share an outfit, so that's what I decided to do today with this mixed pattern look. I took these photos a little while ago, and when I did, I had a taste of being a 'true' blogger.

For any fashion bloggers reading, I know you've all been through this. I decided to take my camera out to this really nice area in my subdivision because it's quiet and has a great view. BUT. Any time people would walk by, I felt their confused stares. I'm sure they were wondering who I was, and why I was taking so many photos of myself. To avoid looking like a complete weirdo, I would stop what I was doing and pretend I was taking scenery pictures. People do that, right?? One woman thought I was bird watching. I just decided to go with it.
